Buying a bike

Bikes for sale are on the Buy tab of the catalogue. You can filter by category, frame size, condition (new or used), price and text.

Reserving

The shop doesn't take payment online. Instead you reserve a bike:

Open the bike and press Reserve.
The shop holds the bike for you for 7 days. The page shows the date it is held until, and you get a confirmation email.
Come to the shop within those 7 days, pay at the counter, and take the bike home.

While a bike is reserved, nobody else can reserve it. You can hold at most 2 reservations at once.

After 7 days

If you haven't collected the bike by then, the reservation expires: the bike is for sale again and you get an email saying so. Nothing is charged.

Cancelling

Changed your mind? Under My rentals and orders, press Cancel on the reservation. The bike goes back on sale at once.
